Look back at the job posting, read through the job description for the particular opening. Learn the roles and responsibilities. Get to know who you report to. Check what skills are required for this position. Use this information to know more about the role and align your education, experience and acquired skills with the listed information in the job description.

2. Research the Organization.

Having prior knowledge about the company is a plus. Read about the organization’s history, go through it’s company policy, their mission and values. Get to know about the company culture. If they have a website or digital platforms, go through them. See their latest posts or articles, visit their site. This will give you information about the current state of the company. It will also give you a look at its employees, the hierarchy and departments’ information. Go through google and get to read about their reviews and comments about the company. Also, get to know the company’s competitors.

NB: Always take clear notes of every information you gather while preparing for the interview, it’ll help you revise last minute.

3. Possible Questions and Their Answers.

You need to have an understanding of possible questions that might be asked during the interview and the answers. If you have been to interviews of the similar role you might have a clue of what could be asked. Revise the questions and possible answers.
