- Responsible for candidate outreach and follow ups i.e., cold calling and/or texting etc.
- Continually develop, manage, and update qualified candidate pipelines.
- Manage candidate profiles on your Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Vet candidate qualifications based on job requirements.
- Verify professional licenses and credentials and maintain records in your ATS.
- Create and/or update candidate profiles for submission i.e., resume, skills checklist, references, license and credentials.
- Maintain candidate notes on ATS.
- Follow up on submission status’ and communicate with the candidate to coordinate interviews.
- Coordinate with your compliance team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Manage job posts on Indeed, ZipRecruiter etc. based on your company guidelines.
- Submit daily and/or weekly deliverables.
- Perform any other required tasks within the scope of the department and within reason.
