We process new hires and maintain compliant files for active candidates
- Onboard candidates on the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Follow up on relevant compliance items and verify candidate documents.
- Run relevant background checks, e.g., criminal, educational etc.
- Assign facility required competency exams and checklists.
- Schedule and follow up on drug screens and other medical requirements.
- Liaise with facility representatives to get compliance files to the relevant parties in a timely manner, or upload files to VMS portals as needed.
- Facilitate the collection and proper storage of candidate profiles, i.e., medical records, payroll documentation, etc.
- Ensure compliance processes are followed i.e., compliance matrices or checklists.
- Maintain relationships with facility representatives to ensure updates are communicated to the company in a timely manner.
- Responsible for sending first day instruction and orientation details.
- Retention - track and maintain compliance expiration records on the company ATS system and send reminders and memos to active candidates.
- Liaise with facility representatives during audits.
- Perform any other required tasks within the scope of the department and within reason.
