The Recruiting Dept actively seeks out, and hires candidates for specific positions in a variety of industries.

The Healthcare industry is their biggest area of focus at this time.

The QC Dept is responsible for monitoring and ensuring that each step of the on-boarding process is done with absolute accuracy to ensure the candidates comply with all client-defined standards and specifications.

The CLG Dept is responsible for managing internal and external communications. These include marketing, social media management, web development, candidate and client care, company memos, etc. 

They are also responsible for finding new prospects and transferring them to the recruitment team to close the
deal. 

The Payroll Dept processes weekly payments, records paperwork for new hires, maintains compliance with tax laws, and ensures an overall smooth payroll process for all employees.

They are also responsible for reimbursements, bonuses, overtime, and all other HCA money-related matters.

The Staffing Depts main goal is to fill the various client shifts with suitable and qualified candidates on a daily basis. They are responsible for the continuous process of developing great relationships with clients and current or future candidates within the company’s perdiem pool.

Periodically, they also recruit for the department.
