Job Description:
As a Graphic Designer and Motion Graphics Artist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing visually stunning designs and animations for various mediums, including digital platforms, print materials, presentations, and video productions. You will work closely with our creative team, including Art Directors, Designers, and Video Editors, to bring our ideas to life and ensure our brand messaging is effectively communicated through captivating visuals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop engaging graphic designs and motion graphics that align with project requirements and brand guidelines.
- Create visually appealing assets such as logos, illustrations, icons, and infographics for various digital and print mediums.
- Design and animate eye-catching motion graphics for video projects, including intros, transitions, lower thirds, and visual effects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and software to continually enhance design skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs and animations while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project objectives and translate them into visually compelling designs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer and Motion Graphics Artist, preferably in a creative agency or design studio.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and motion graphics projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Knowledge of current design trends and techniques in motion graphics and digital design.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
